So I watched the new Girl’s Generation MV, “Run Devil Run” yesterday.
drool. damn. they are…cute. why don’t i see asian girls everyday? or more importantly, why don’t they do this all the time? ;)

i am satisfied. finally, asian food that i deem worthy of its name. boba milk tea that tasted like it’s supposed to. chicken cutlets made fresh, served with marinated shredded pork over rice, with an egg and pickled vegetables on the side. 10 minutes away (by bus) from my apartment.
there is a god.

remember this? maybe you do, but i dont see it often enough to remember. until today. i realized that this was sitting on my bookshelf and i thought of graduation. class of 2008, huh? and graduating from college seemed so far away…2012, what strange numbers to my ear.
i realize today that’s 2 years away. i graduate in TWO YEARS. i will be able to open this jar in TWO YEARS and see what you guys wrote (hopefully nice things). gee things have changed since 2008.
i think i’ve changed quite a bit. there’s a lot that’s still the same old bernard, but a lot that’s totally different. just slightly reminiscent atm…
i think if anything’s the same, it’s the advice i would give myself (and others): don’t live life through regrets//enjoy yourself, and the people around you//when in doubt, don’t stress out
i don’t think i come up with great life advice. maybe that’s why it stays relatively constant — i’m not too terribly creative with these things.
oh yeah, kollaboration at USC was great! thanks kevin for letting me stay over, thanks to regina, tim, jeannie for coming to visit me and to the rest of you trojans (on the rare chance that kevin’s friends read this) for showing me such a good time.

usc is like being at whs all over again. no wonder why i always find myself visiting (though the distance factor probably helps as well).
i like food. ca fish grill, in-n-out (to come), korean food, chinese food, sushi…i’ve got a whole list. food brings memories back to me.
but as much as i look back, i have to look forward too, at least, eventually. i can’t wait to see how life turns out, but i’m really glad to know that there are people who always have my back.
two years have come by quicker than i thought it would, and i’m sure the next two will fly by as well. med school applications to come and interviews (hopefully) and whatnot…
i can’t wait to open the jar. it’s a good reminder of the things to come, with good intentions from the friends who will always be there.
i sleep night with good feelings, good intentions, and great hopes. see you all soon.

It’s March now. One more week til spring break. Work filled up to the brim.
I actually wanted to start posting on tumblr earlier, but it seems like business and work comes first, unfortunately. I need sleep soon, but I’m currently working on a video for my Narrative and Technology class.
Haven’t worked with video since high school - Bender’s class and what not.
Stress is getting to me slightly. Back to continuous work for this week.
